From mastering the art of fly casting and gaining a deep understanding of entomology to honing multiple rigging techniques, participants will elevate their skills to become proficient trout anglers. This unique four-and-a-half-day school encompasses comprehensive sessions that will make you a successful fly angler, ensuring you are well-versed and well prepared in diverse environments.

What truly distinguishes our program is the partnership with Deerwoode Reserve, which provides an idyllic setting at the Coyote Lodge for learning and relaxation. Kevin's carefully designed school features a low student-to-teacher ratio, guaranteeing individualized attention and success on the water.  The emphasis is on catching fish and understanding and applying the acquired knowledge. Graduates will leave with comprehensive materials covering all aspects of the school, serving as a valuable reference for their ongoing fly fishing journey.

Daily Schedule:

Sunday, March 9, 2025

• 4-6 pm: Arrival and check-in
• 6-8 pm: Dinner, introductions, and expectations

Monday to Thursday, March 10-14, 2025:

• Continental breakfast, fly fishing basics, casting, knots, water reading, and on-stream presentations
• Guided fishing experiences, entomology sessions, and gear setups
• Graduation and goodbyes on Friday
